February turned out much quieter than expected for sales of envelopes - just two withdrawn from sale at the time of writing ....! However four bottom ends have moved on, perhaps reflecting the way to reduce the cost of a new balloon is to buy a new envelope but save money by acquiring one of the many excellent baskets & burners on the used market.
