Zebedee has reduced the price on several baskets and one in-stock trailer whilst Mike Scholes & Deborah have made a hefty cut in the price of their two V-30 cylinders. We have run out of Bonanno quick releases including the used example advertised last month.
The BBAC AGM was well attended and drew much debate re licences, instructor flights & examiners and the never ending saga of the CAA ‘licence simplification project’. At least the ‘transition period’ has been kicked down the road for another year to December 2024. Quite why EASA barged in to cause all this nonsense when our much loved UK PPL/CPL is an ICAO compliant licence and has stood the test of time since 1989 is a mystery. This scribe views ICAO as the world wide authority on such matters and EASA as a regional ‘upstart’.
