Thanks to our Webmaster, Brian Rippon, the February Zebedee List appeared in a much improved new format on the website with easier to navigate pages and more ability to enlarge pictures. We have had many favourable comments on the change although we realise a few gremlins have crept in which we hope to correct for March.
We would remind advertisers to check their ads and for those without a photograph we urge you to send one to us – the old adage “a picture is worth 1000 words” known to have made a difference with sales on the List in the past.
We have a few new ads for you in March, although a number of price changes have been made. The new items are a complete 90, a Cameron bottom end (which would be ideal for the Zebedee advertised Sky 220 G-CGGH!), a well equipped retrieve vehicle and a tidy Cameron Mk4 Double burner.
Patricia Demesmaeker reports that the Banbury double axle trailer (suitable for a 210) advertised with us was stolen (probably on 18th Feb) from Denderleeuw in Belgium. Any news, contact info@ballonticketvlaanderen.be
Zebedee was recently directed to www.fuel-prices-europe.info/ which is a very useful site for anyone contemplating a foreign ballooning trip. It not only shows up to date unleaded/diesel/LPG prices but more importantly which LPG fittings are used in each European country. Pictures of each of the 3 fittings – bayonet, dish and ACME 1¾ are included – Zebedee can supply adapters for each of these to Rego or Tema tank fittings.
